Ready to help
My 3-year-old has tantrums every single day. I'm exhausted.
That sounds really hard. Daily tantrums at this age are genuinely draining — and you're not alone.
At 2–5 the brain's emotional centre is still developing. Tantrums are overwhelm, not defiance. Your calm presence is the most powerful tool you have.
So reasoning won't help mid-tantrum?
Exactly. Wait for calm, then connect. It works.

Why parentMind exists

Parenting is hard.
Finding good answers shouldn't be.

Currently, we're ready to guide parents of 2–5-year-olds. More ages soon!

You're in the middle of a tantrum. It's late, and you're exhausted. You've Googled the same thing five times, watched TikTok, looked through forums and books, and found different perspectives. You've gotten five different answers, and half of them make you feel like you're not enough.

You don't need another parenting source. You need a knowledgeable friend who's calm, evidence-based, and never makes you feel judged.

That's parentMind. Built for the real, messy, exhausting, beautiful moments of raising your child.

"The parenting question that's hard to Google. The one your friends won't fully get. The moment you don't know what to do next."
